
Green Beans: grow on bushes; high bush, low
bush, pole. french, haricot vert is the smallest
most tender not necessary to pull the
tough string that is in the larger beans in
preparation, only the stem and tail, spanish,
monguete, is larger. The immature pole is
slightly larger and the mature pole even larger.
